 WHERE ARE THE ITEMS DELIVERED FROM?

Every item on the site is delivered from Montreal, Canada - unless otherwise specified.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? 

Yes, we now offer worldwide shipping. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY/SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We are working on providing you with multiple options for quicker delivery and more convenient shipping prices.

Depending on your location, shipping can take from 10-15 business days. If you need the item for a specific event, please make sure to contact us to  make sure your item can arrive on time.

All items delivered outside of Canada and the USA are delivered by DHL Express Worldwide shipping.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER BEFORE IT'S SHIPPED?

If your item is in stock, it will only take up to two (2) business days to process.

Please take note that items that are part of the luxury collection as well as hand-made items may take longer than 15 business days to be delivered. Most items from that collection need to be made on order.

  

WHAT IF MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT?

If the item you ordered does not fit, contact Viixen at info@shopviixen.com and she will assist you with your exchange. Due to the high quality of our items, exchanges are only accepted for a different size. 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost and re-delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the high quality of our items, returns are only accepted if the item you received is not as described. Please keep in mind that Viixen strives on offering the best possible service and so she inspects every single item herself before its carefully packaged and sent out.
